Movement Link teachers
Our aim is to share our world of Acro Yoga, Yoga and Handstand, Bodywork and Massage in a structured and safe manner.
After years of teaching and practising we lived the joy and pureness of being children again, of doing things we would have never believed that we were able to do but we also saw many injuries and uncertainties - especially for beginners: Am I able to do this ?
Which poses are safe to start with ? How to Warm-Up ? How to start Yoga ? How to communicate with a partner?
>> Everybody can learn movement arts. That's for sure. Doesn't matter weight, gender or age. It is a matter of practice and technique <<
We are convinced that in any movement art, a good foundation is crucial to avoid longterm injuries and misalignment. It is important to strengthen the body and especially the antagonist when doing Yoga and Acro Yoga –to do your mobility training and learn about communicating your needs, fears and borders.
In the Movement Link program we offer structured training plans, that are tailored to different levels and needs.
As partners in Acrobatics, Co-Teachers and friends we deeply trust each other. Everybody of us brings into the project another quality and specialty. Our teaching styles are funny and technical at the same time. We love to make jokes and bring some lightness into the practice.
Practicing movement arts makes you feel free in your body and mind, you will surprise yourself many times, face your fears, be emotional and laugh a lot. You will make new friends, build connections and explore the world differently.
